About World By Storme

Our Mission

World By Storme creates inclusive, arts-driven, intergenerational experiences where neurodivergent youth and individuals with special needs are at the centre—actively contributing, building skills, and shaping each event.

We do this by:

  • Ensuring neurodivergent youth have meaningful roles in the planning and execution of events
  • Designing intergenerational experiences that foster connection, mentorship, and community
  • Infusing the arts into every initiative as a tool for expression and engagement
  • Providing training opportunities led by experienced facilitators who specialize in working with neurodivergent and special needs communities
  • Co-creating and reviewing ideas with neurodivergent youth to ensure authenticity
  • Leading with an ideas-driven approach guided by CEO Storme Moore and a Board of Directors

Who We Help

Young adults and their families seeking support, confidence, and a strong sense of community.

We also engage the broader public—demystifying neurodiversity and the lived experiences of individuals with special needs for those who may not otherwise encounter them. By creating accessible, arts-driven experiences, we open pathways for understanding, empathy, and cross-cultural connection across communities.

Our Vision

A world where neurodivergent youth and individuals with special needs are fully included, creatively empowered, and recognized as leaders and contributors in their communities—supported through a collective approach that brings together youth, parents, and community.

Stome Moore

CEO

Storme Moore is a dynamic 22-year-old differently-abled young woman whose vibrant spirit and determination defy labels. Above all, she defines herself as an entrepreneur, broadcaster, and DJ—a creative force committed to reshaping how the world understands neurodiversity.
As the Founder and CEO of World By Storme, a Montreal-based non-profit, Storme is on a mission to create meaningful social and mentoring opportunities for neurodivergent individuals while advocating for true inclusion across every sector of society.
A regular contributor on CKUT 90.3 FM since childhood, Storme has grown up on the airwaves—using radio as a platform to build confidence and overcome a speech impediment. Her journey reflects resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to self-expression.
Born with neurological challenges, Storme graduated from the Peter Hall School and began planning events at just 12 years old, producing fashion shows and concerts featuring Caribbean artists. Today, she continues to DJ both on radio and at live events, with new ideas constantly driving her work.
In recognition of her impact and inspiration, Storme was the recipient of the 2022 Montreal Community Care Derek Aucoin Inspiration Award.
Inspired by artists like Nadia Batson, Etana, and Jah Cutta, Storme brings a bold, culturally rooted energy to everything she creates.
Through World By Storme, she is not only building opportunities for herself—but opening doors for others to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
